In the second chapter of Hullabaloo, tells of how Sampath can't go to sleep because o the heat and his family's snoring. Why do you think Desai put this chapter in the book? How can you connect this chapter to the rest of the book so it doesn't seem so random?

I think it sets up Sampath not being able to sit still and live in the environment he has been presented with.

this chapter represents the boring and step by step day Sampath lived. He didnt do anything with his life, he complained and had no goals. this chapter shows what it was like in a day in the life of Sampath
